All packages include a complete list and exact count of all boxes leaving your site and arriving at The File Center.  This list will assist you in the fast retrieval of certain files or file boxes should they be needed.

Basic Package

• Initial pick up and delivery of boxes to The File Center
• Bar-coding all boxes
• Scanning and entering box information into our computer system
• Unlimited use of on-site viewing room
• A complete list and exact count of all boxes leaving your site and arriving at The File Center
  

Silver Package (Basic Package +)

• 6 next-day deliveries per year
• 12 retrievals per year
• 12 re-files per year
  

Gold Package (Basic Package+)

• 12 next-day deliveries per year
• 24 retrievals per year

• 24 next-day deliveries per year
